I called three companies and the other two didn't seem to care about the customer. I called Hometown, made an appointment without any trouble. When Michael showed up he explained what he was going to do and got right to it. After he found the leak he informed me of what needed to happen to fix the leak. He then told me that he would take care of the leak by using an epoxy that would work short term. He told me no guarantees, but I thought great. His caring nature and professionalism was over the top. Unfortunately you just don't find people who care about their customers and really try and help these days. HOMETOWN and Michael did !! I can't express enough how good they are. Don't bother with anyone else.

Hometown Leak Detection was EXCEPTIONAL in every way possible. After four other repair companies and the city were not able to locate the leak, Michael came in and not only found the leak, but he fixed the leak, as well. He addressed the problem immediately and then can back and fixed it in a very timely manner. I am so incredibly grateful to Michael, and Hometown Leak Detection, he was able to finally get me some answers and resolution to a major problem that had existed at our property for months. I would give ten stars if I could.
